Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy
- *Shipping Destination:* Ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Any discrepancies might lead to delays or additional charges.

*Shipping, Returns & Refund:* All sales are final, please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable, restocking fee is 40% of purchased item value. Returns are rarely accepted only after contacting us for approval, in such case make sute the item is returned in maximum 3 days of approval in its original condition with all the original packaging that it has been shipped to you, unused, with original seal intact, with authentication card included, without any deterioration, damages, usage, hygiene issues or other such as smells, dirt, etc. or any signs of wear other than described on our site. Any return cost is paid by buyer/customer.
Returns/refunds will not be accepted if items are not returned together with the full packaging received, with the original seal intact, with authentication card included, unused or if presenting any signs of wear or any kind of damages, not existent in the original description and pictures.
Make sure you insure the returned item when shipping it back, since any damages during return transport will be the responsibility of the buyer/customer and are grounds for return refusal. We carefully inspect all returned items and compare with our initial pictures and descriptions before approving the return. If the buyer/customer chooses not to insure the return and the package/item is damaged, the return will be refused.
Refusal to pay import taxes, fees and charges is not accepted as grounds for return.
Returns are not accepted, please contact us in case there is an issue, we will deal case by case.
Returns are paid by customer and will not be accepted for not reading the full description of the item purchased on our site, or if item does not fit, buyer is responsible for ordering the right size and for reading all the item description or asking for more info if needed.
Returning an order, without respecting all rules above is ground for refusal of acceptance of the return.
Please note that all buyers are responsible for all return shipment costs, for any loss or damage during shipment. International clients must ensure the customs declaration is filled in as a return, otherwise return will not be accepted. Please note that shipping costs, import taxes and duties are not included in the item cost. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

5. *Customs Duties and Taxes:* Vintage deluxe items may have different customs valuation, your order might be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the recipient country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Vintage deluxe items might fall under specific tariff classifications. It's essential to seek accurate information about any potential customs duties in your country, this is entirely the customer responsibility.
Customs charges may apply on international purchases, the customer is responsible for paying these charges.
If customs fees are unpaid by buyer/customer and the order is returned to us, the buyer/customer will only be refunded 60% of the order value minus shipping cost and any taxes related to the initial shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse returns based off of unpaid import fees (as per our present policy).
Buyers are responsible for paying shipping or transport costs and any other taxes related to the purchase. As a buyer/customer, you’re responsible for checking in advance if there’s any specific rule or restriction on importing an object into your country. We the seller are not liable for any of these costs or import refusals.
As per EU regulation, Vintiamo has the right to refuse return of the items if they are deteriorated, damaged, or seals are broken, items have signs of usage, or there are other hygiene reasons such as smells, dirt, etc or if they do not comply with our present returns policy.
For international orders, please note that the current currency rate, and not the currency rate at the time of the order, is used in the case of refund.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to Vintiamo rules and policy.
6. *Unclaimed Shipments:* Vintiamo is not responsible for costs related to unclaimed goods, or returned packages due to customer not claiming a package, not picking up package from carrier and/or providing an incorrect address.
If a package is returned to us as per our present policy, please note that the client is responsible for the re-shipping fee as the original shipping label will be void.
Original shipping, processing fees and any taxes cannot be refunded. If the client does not pay for the re-shipping, re stoking, or if the package is refused by the intended receiver and returned to us, we will refund 60% (re stocking fee) of the order amount minus shipping cost and any taxes, fees and charges related to the initial shipping.
- *Insurance:* Our items are insured when shipping cost to the customer is included. The buyer/customer is responsible for any damages to the items when/if approved by us to be returned. Items are not accepted to be returned without our prior approval. Given the irreplaceable nature of vintage deluxe items, insurance offers protection against potential loss or damage, otherwise the buyer/customer is liable for any damages done to any returned item and this is ground for refusal of the return.
- *Cancellation: Please note that cancellation of your order is not possible. You can only return the goods once you have purchased them, if we approve the return as per our present policy above.
